Most people think that post-surgical weight loss is a constant downward trajectory. Unfortunately it’s not. Weight loss, whether surgical or non-surgical, is more of a stepwise process. You lose a few pounds and then you stall. You lose a few more pounds and then you stall. It’s just the way the body works. Embracing non scale victories and staying off the scale for a least a week at a time is important.
