Most people go into bariatric surgery with a weigh loss number. The number of pounds they want to lose in order to feel satisfied with their results. Unfortunately, it’s not that simple. Your starting weight, height, choice of surgery, postoperative lifestyle, ability to exercise, genetics (just to name a few), all have a say in the amount of weight loss the surgery will provide.
