1 can Garbanzo Beans
1 can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Salt
Pour the can of garbanzo beans into a colander and rinse them well. Add the garbanzo beans to the food processor bowl with chop blade.
Drain half the liquid from the tomatoes. Add the remaining liquid and entire can of fire roasted tomatoes to the food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and pulse all ingredients until smooth. Scrape sides if necessary.
Serve with cut vegetables and enjoy!
