Ingredients:
1 ½ cup of Almond Milk
Hand full of fresh Spinach
1 avocado
1 Frozen banana
1 Tablespoon of Chia seeds
2-3 slices of cucumbers
Ice


Equipment Needed:
Knife
Cutting board
Blender

Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
